- She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana Institute of Technology and has played an instrumental role in shaping the foundation of the organization. Throughout the company’s early growth, Vicki was deeply involved in office operations, customer service, marketing coordination, and vendor relationships — helping establish the systems and standards that continue to support the business today.
- Outside of her role as a business owner, Vicki is also a licensed barber and enjoys working in her salon. She has a passion for decorating, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. When she’s not working, she and her family love heading to the mountains to ski, hike, and relax together.

I highly recommend this company for awnings. It has the best customer service of anyone I have ever used. Jack has responded quickly to my inquiries even after installation. I had a small malfunction a year after installation and it was repaired quickly and with no extra charge. I love my awning and love that I can use my deck all summer long.

Your installers Leon and Todd did a great job installing our new retractable awning. They thoroughly explained the operation and made several adjustments until the pitch of the awning was in the perfect position.
